EMBROIDERY

STEP 1

Choose from a wide selection of brand name clothing, styles and accessories that we offer.

As an added service benefit, clients can carry-in garments/items purchased from any retailer of their choice. Carried-in items are not covered under our product replacement guarantee.

STEP 2

Submit the best quality design you have available for review by our digitizing department.

Mail, fax, email, or drop by with your design. You can also submit an embroidered sample from a previous order if one is available.

STEP 3

Determining the cost of a custom embroidery job will vary with each order because every design or logo is different from the other. There are also many other factors involved to deliver an order according to a client's specifications.

STEP 4

In order to embroider a design onto a garment the image must first be digitized. Digitizing a design converts your art into an embroidery-ready file format. Once your design is reviewed and you have accepted our quote, the digitizing process can begin.

An approval signature will be required to complete your order. You may also fax your approval signature to (540) 260-3223.

STEP 5

Your order is now ready to enter production. Expect your order to be completed on average between 7 and 21 days.

Changes To Your Order:
Client changes to an order are accommodated as much as possible. Changes to an order must be submitted in writing by fax, e-mail, or in-person, signed and dated by the client. PLEASE NOTE: changes may delay and increase the cost of your order.

STEP 6

After production, your order is double checked for quality and accuracy. Once the order is verified and quality-checked, a representative will call you.

Additional Charges

Orders may be subject to additional charges based upon client requirements:

Shipping and Handling: Orders may be picked up or shipped. We ship using ground. 3-day, 2-day and next day delivery are also available.

RUSH Charge: Orders required to be completed before our standard turn-around will incur a RUSH FEE added to the cost of the order. This fee will vary depending on the number of pieces and time given to complete the job. All rush orders are done after normal business hours as to not interrupt production of other scheduled jobs. Thus the reason for a fee to cover overtime expenses.
